So far so good, never had to call for support, it never got me lost. Screen changes from day to night . I did not like the cost of the outside Antenna for 60 bucks, and the way you have to mount it to the windshield, but I found a way to have it on my dash,and can remove it quick. I have an Honda Odssey, and it has an open compartment under the radio, I cut a block of wood, and slide it into the campartment, and I screwed the mount for the Gps to it, and then just clicked the GPS on, and got the outside antenna, and stuck it to the Hood and im in….I love it now.
