How Gps Saves you Gas

By admin

Unless you’ve been living on a deserted island (and under a rock at the same time) you discover that gas prices are not everyone’s cup of tea – unless you are an oil tycoon.

For those who live in big cities where mass travel is widely accessible, it’s comparatively simple to bypass this problem by opting to take them rather of using your own car to travel to and fro to work. But for the majority of us, driving is not going away anytime soon.

Having a GPS system installed in your car will reduce your gas prices. How? It will continually giving the most direct routes to whichever destination you need to go. If it’s raining hard and visibility is lower than usual, a GPS can serve as a navigation partner to help you find your way home or to wherever you want to go. This saves you time and gas from spinning your wheels, potentially getting lost along the way, and giving yourself a migraine in the process.

Not only does a GPS give you accurate directions, it also provides for projections as to how it will take to get to a certain objective via a particular path. You can then compare paths and time predictions. When you take all of this into consideration, you will realize that paying a few hundred for a brand new GPS unit is not much considering how much it will save you year in and year out.

I mean let’s take a small example. Let’s say it costs you $30 each time you go fill up your tank. Imagine that before buying your GPS system you had to get you tank filled on average once a week. That’s $1,520 for an entire year.

Now on the flip side, let’s pretend you got you GPS unit up and rolling. With improved efficiency in getting to your destinations, you effectively have reduced the amount of wasted gas as a result of not getting sidetracked or getting lost while driving. Possibly you will only have to get your tank filled up once every two weeks instead- in which case you will only be spending $760 a year for gas- or a savings of 50%.

These are just sample numbers, but you can see how you can get a return on your investment over and over again simply by purchasing a GPS system which ranges anywhere from $100 or so to $1000 or more. But you don’t need to get the fanciest model right out of the starting gate. Anything within the $200-$400 range should give you a very tough system in general.

GPS live tracking products will allow you to keep tabs on your most essential possessions.

a save is if the winning run comes to the plate when your pitching and you end the game

say mo comes in with 0 outs in ninth inning with 1 run lead

that means he has a save chance if a guy singles. that means the next guy up poses the winning run if he hits a homerun he looses the game things is a complicated fact

A save is when a pitcher finishes the game without giving up the tying or winning run. They can only be eligible to get the save if the tying run is on deck when they make the final out.

It’s what it sounds like, in that it’s credited to a pitcher for "saving" a victory. You can earn a save, though, several different ways:

1) Entering the game with a lead of three or fewer runs and pitching at least one inning.

2) Entering the game with the tying run on base, at back or on deck and saving the game.

3) Pitching for at least three innings to finish the game, regardless of the lead.

if yor team is winning by 3 runs or less the closer comes in the game if he gets 3 outs with out giveing up the lead it counts as a save
